1st CBME Seminar

In light of the recent Strategic Planning Retreat organized by the Academy on 4 March 2023, it is apparent that there is a growing need for competency-based medical education (CBME) within postgraduate medical education (PGME). To facilitate the transition to CBME and foster knowledge sharing among the 15 Colleges, we propose organizing two seminars where educators can discuss their experiences, challenges, and strategies for successful CBME implementation.

The main objective of these seminars is to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaborative learning among educators to support the ongoing transition to CBME. By sharing their experiences and discussing challenges and solutions, participants can learn from each other and improve their individual College approaches to CBME.
